By submitting a rental request, you agree to abide by these terms and to use the games in a safe, responsible manner. A rental is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Gathering Games.
Free delivery, setup, takedown, and pickup are included for orders over $200 within a 60-mile radius. Locations outside this radius or below $200 incur an additional delivery fee of $2 per mile. Setup will take place at the event start time selected during booking, unless otherwise arranged.
Rental periods are flexible between 2–12 hours unless otherwise specified. Late pickup or extended use must be pre-approved and may result in additional charges.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a partial or no refund, depending on the situation.
If poor weather is forecasted, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. Refunds for weather-related cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
You are responsible for the care of all rented games. Any lost or damaged items may be subject to replacement or repair fees.
Gathering Games is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the use of our games. Renters are responsible for supervising safe play and ensuring the games are used as intended.
We may take photos of events for marketing purposes. Let us know in advance if you'd prefer not to be included.
